Must:

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements from internal teams, customers, and third-party partners
- Run workshops, interviews, and product walkthroughs to capture business needs
- Translate requirements into development requests and documentation, often via Jira
- Support software releases through testing, documentation, training, and customer engagement
- Assist sales teams with product demonstrations and collateral
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the business
Description
We are a leading software company specializing in EPoS, payment, and cashless solutions. This role offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus and is fully remote, with occasional UK travel for team meetings and customer workshops. We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Product Owner to work closely with development teams, sales colleagues, and customers to ensure our software solutions meet user needs and commercial objectives.
