Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of commercial Power BI experience
- Hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience
- Solid SQL skills with understanding of data modeling principles
- Exposure to Azure data services (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of BI best practices and performance optimization
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Python, R, JavaScript, or VBA knowledge (beneficial but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Design and build engaging Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work closely with clients to gather and refine requirements
- Develop robust data models and ensure best practice BI architecture
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting solutions
- Contribute to Azure-based data environments (desirable)
- Perform QA on your own work and support wider team standards
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Work within Agile / Kanban delivery frameworks
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to improve products and usability
