Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience within an MSP or a fast-paced IT support environment.
- Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to balance team leadership with hands-on technical work.
- Organized, dependable, and focused on client experience and service quality.
- Experience with Autotask PSA or similar ticketing platforms.
- Exposure to cloud and cybersecurity solutions (Azure AD, Intune, endpoint security, etc.).
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 1st–3rd line engineers, providing guidance and escalation support.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues via our helpdesk system and uphold SLA commitments.
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and ticket prioritization.
- Drive best practices in documentation, troubleshooting, and communication.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing technical development for team members.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and client service quality.
- Participate in client meetings where needed to discuss performance, projects, or escalations.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in complex technical issues and project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee our UK technical team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of IT support and managed services. We offer a salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, depending on experience, along with various benefits such as bereavement leave, a company pension, casual dress, and a hybrid working model.
