Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment
- Comfortable independently managing Microsoft 365 environments end-to-end
- Confident communicator with experience supporting diverse client users including VIPs
- Able to lead projects, take ownership of problems, and deliver resolutions efficiently
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative – thrives in a fast-moving, team-first culture
- Familiarity with email migrations and hybrid environments (on-prem & Azure AD sync)
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, compliance, DLP, and Intune
- Manage deployment, configuration, and support of Windows and macOS environments using Intune and Jamf
- Handle email migrations (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem to cloud, hybrid)
- Manage and troubleshoot networking hardware – Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, SonicWall
- Lead infrastructure projects from planning through to deployment
- Monitor, maintain, and document client environments using Kaseya (Datto RMM, SaaS Protection, RocketCyber), Autotask, and IT Glue
- Contribute to improving internal processes and delivering excellent client communication
- Assist with server, backup, security, and firewall configuration and monitoring
- Conduct onsite visits to clients for deploying new kit and resolving issues
- Work with VC equipment
