Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as an analytics developer or engineer
- Proven track record at gathering and implementing user requirements through dashboard and analytical tools
- Proficient in at least 1 BI analytical application (Qlikview/QlikSense, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to think logically with a high level of numeracy and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with ability to work at pace to tight deadlines
- Strong service delivery ethic focused on quality, competency, and accuracy
- Good communication skills adaptable for different stakeholder groups
- Preferred: 3rd Level degree in IT or a related STEM discipline
- Experience in design, development, and deployment of data warehouses or data marts
- Experience with Alteryx, IBM DataStage, Python, SSIS, Hadoop, and Spark
Responsibilities
- Model data to provide clean, accurate datasets for business units
- Execute various data analytics projects requiring a spectrum of skills
- Contribute to the creation of new technical solutions and automation of processes
- Collaborate with various business functions and teams
- Support data engineers in maintaining data pipelines
- Lead complex cases and mentor colleagues
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies that can enhance business operations
