Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Strong Azure background
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, integration, and event-driven design
- Ability to operate commercially and influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating complex enterprise landscapes
Responsibilities
- Designing scalable, cloud-native solutions across Azure
- Defining architectural patterns for event-driven and microservices-based systems
- Working closely with senior engineering leaders and product teams
- Translating complex business capability into robust technical solutions
- Driving integration strategy across internal and external platforms
- Governing design quality without becoming a bottleneck
Description
We are a large-scale, enterprise SaaS organization undergoing a significant cloud-native transformation and are looking for a Principal Solution Architect to help shape the next generation of our platform ecosystem. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000, a £6,300 car allowance, and an up to 30% bonus. We offer a hybrid work environment based in central Manchester. This high-visibility role is crucial for our business as we invest heavily in engineering excellence and long-term platform scalability.
