Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience leading technical teams within an agile, product-focused environment.
- Strong expertise in .NET (Core/8), Azure, SQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Good working knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end engineering principles.
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Proven track record of designing secure, resilient, and scalable systems.
- A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, setting the engineering direction and quality standards for your team.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to define and deliver on the technical roadmap.
- Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and performant cloud-based systems using .NET and Azure.
- Promote best practices in CI/CD, automation, and testing across the engineering discipline.
- Support team members through mentoring and coaching, ensuring continuous improvement and skill growth.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, enterprise-grade products.
- Stay current with modern engineering trends and introduce innovations to enhance platform capabilities.
