Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Understanding and working knowledge of the COINS ERP software, specifically Customer Care, HB CRM, HB Construction, and Inspections (Mobile Forms)
- Comfortable working across several business functions/disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, assessing change impact and risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to act in a Project Management role as well as a Business Analyst
- Comfortable in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Superb stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experienced facilitator of requirements workshops
- An analytical and methodical approach with an eye for detail while maintaining an overall perspective
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- A continuous improvement mentality
- Experienced working with Microsoft applications and COINS
- An eagerness to learn and progress
Responsibilities
As our Business Analyst, I will be responsible for reviewing and validating business requirements and helping develop and implement solutions to ensure they meet the defined specifications. I will work with teams across all our regions and the wider business to deliver quality enhancements and drive adoption. My role will involve leading project delivery that adds value and improves the experience of our external and internal customers. I will ensure our core business systems are documented and maintained and will maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to foster understanding and knowledge of our business processes and solutions. Additionally, I will work with the extended IT team and the business to review, analyze, and evaluate business issues and user needs, while also documenting requirements and defining scope and objectives.
