Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience leading a Reporting or Analytics workstream on SAP programmes
- Proven hands-on and leadership experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams
- Strong understanding of reporting across Finance, Procurement, and HR/Payroll domains
- Experience integrating SAC and Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong delivery and governance mindset
Desirable:
- Experience in UK Local Government or Public Sector environments
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programmes
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and audit requirements
- SAP Analytics Cloud certification (desirable)
- SAP Datasphere certification (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Reporting and Analytics workstream
- Oversee the offshore delivery team in providing solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere
- Ensure overall ownership of reporting design, delivery, and governance
- Deliver high-quality, timely, and scalable analytics solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with program and business requirements
- Maintain oversight of SAP SAC and Datasphere implementations
- Manage quality, risk, and governance aspects of reporting solutions

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Workstream Lead to join our team in Nottingham with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days on site each week. This role is integral to leading and managing the Reporting and Analytics workstream, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP solutions and collaborate with a skilled offshore delivery team.
