Requirements
Must:
I require all candidates to hold an active Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible to undergo this clearance. I'm looking for a SAP ABAP Consultant with extensive full lifecycle experience and the ability to work unsupervised using the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, CDS Views, Gateway, and Adobe Forms. Essential skills and experience include implementing Clean Core ABAP Programming, CDS Views, FIORI Element reports, and Adobe Forms. Familiarity with other development objects such as Function Modules, Data Dictionary objects, BADI, BAPI, User-Exits, Web Services Gateway, Data Services, CDS Views, ABAP for HANA, Forms, Reports, or performance tuning will be advantageous. Experience with SAP PO/PI is useful, and a strong customer focus with good client-facing consulting capabilities is essential.
Responsibilities
My responsibilities include helping to deliver SAP solutions at client sites and ensuring the quality delivery of these solutions. I will also collaborate with the technical team in the UK to influence key reference projects and work well with our technical and functional capabilities. I expect to perform testing of system changes and assist in user testing, participate in knowledge sharing with colleagues on SAP technical and related client business matters, and play an active role in process improvement. I will ensure compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures, including the completion of all specified quality records.
Description
This position is for a 4-month initial contract, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a few days a month in Cheshire and the opportunity to travel to Germany or the Netherlands for workshops at the start of the next wave of work. The contract offers up to £710 per day (INSIDE IR35).
