Must:
- Strong performance analysis skills, translating programme goals into measurable KPIs and actionable insights
- Experience supporting programme roadmaps and prioritised product backlogs in Agile environments
- Advanced data analysis capability with a focus on evidence-based decision making
- Ability to produce clear, structured analytical documentation for governance and audit purposes
- Experience contributing to assurance, standards definition, and governance forums
- Good understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and regulated/public sector environments
- Effective stakeholder engagement, including communicating insights to senior and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver consistent outputs on a fortnightly cadence aligned to SOW timelines

Description
We are a global leading IT consultancy looking for two Performance Analysts to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This remote position offers a competitive rate of £400-£500 per day, outside IR35, for a duration of 6 months.
