Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDAM)
- Experience in developing applications that interact with at least one IDAM platform (e.g., ForgeRock, One Identity, Okta, Azure AD, AuthO)
- Java development experience
- Proficiency in Jenkins
- Reverse engineering skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a closely-knit team and independently on Jira tickets
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Ansible
- Experience with Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Front-end development experience
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and enhance robust, scalable systems and services in a modern, cloud-based environment.
- Lead or contribute to technical design discussions, translating business requirements into high-quality solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in coding, integration, and delivery are followed.
- Own and manage the integration of large-scale components within web application ecosystems.
- Play a proactive role in incident and change management, helping to maintain high system reliability and responsiveness.
- Contribute to and influence technical decision-making and process improvements that drive long-term team success.
- Maintain a solid understanding of modern deployment pipelines and DevOps principles.
