- Experience with Intune and Autopilot
- Ability to support both Laptops and Macs
- Interest in AI tools and automation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Aptitude for mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week, and be on-call for 1 week each month
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to over 1000 users
- Serve as a point of escalation for junior team members
- Act as an unofficial team lead, providing support and direction
- Deliver outstanding customer service to users
- Immerse in the teams hardworking yet rewarding culture
- Assist in the development and progression of technical skills within the team
- Be available for on-call support and work a weekend day each month
