Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience building production-ready applications with React
- Proven experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise-level applications
- Strong expertise in Redux or equivalent state management approaches for complex applications
- Demonstrated experience with Sass and structured CSS methodologies, including BEM
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience designing and developing SaaS web applications
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality user interface solutions using React
- Define and implement robust state management using Redux for complex application workflows
- Build clean, maintainable, and well-structured styles with Sass, adhering to BEM conventions
- Establish and promote front-end best practices, coding standards, and architectural direction
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

As we grow, we are searching for a Senior Front End Engineer (React) to join our small team, where you will play a pivotal role as the Lead/Senior Developer.
