Must:
- Proven IT Support experience including troubleshooting and fault finding
- Windows 11 knowledge
- O365 (Active Directory, Exchange, Intune)
- Local Network Support (Cisco Meraki experience is a bonus)
- Exposure to operational technology such as barcode scanners, POS, labelling machines
- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to users
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Support users across a range of technologies
- Exercise outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Work as part of a small, supportive team for skill development
