Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent
- Extensive years of systems integration experience
- Several years of solution architect experience
- Extensive expertise in leading customer business discussions and creating technical solutions
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Proven track record with IT customers
- Extensive knowledge of modern ITSM tools, ITIL, and API technologies
- Experience with integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products
- Familiarity with AI(Ops), Intelligent Automation, Lean, and Analytics
- Understanding of data lakes and modern catalog management
- UK Security Clearance: At least SC
Responsibilities
- Act as the offering specialist in the solution team for DXC Offerings & Capabilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of compelling solutions
- Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support
- Perform in-depth technical presentations for customers and partners
- Mentor other Service Line Architects and exhibit leadership skills
- Gather product requirements and provide feedback to refine solutions
- Drive add-on sales and business opportunities throughout the process
- Manage all deliverables for solutions including quality, feasibility, risk mitigation, and financial aspects
