Requirements
Must:
- Strong delivery background in SAP PS (ECC or S/4HANA), with hands-on configuration expertise
- Knowledge of project accounting, controlling integration, and statutory/management reporting
- Familiarity with Fiori apps for PS (Project Cost Reports, WBS Editor, Project Builder)
- Exposure to Defence/Public Sector environments is desirable
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
- Confident working with Finance Controllers, PMO teams, and project managers
- Clear communicator, able to translate technical design into business language
Responsibilities
- Conduct client workshops to capture project planning, budgeting, and tracking requirements
- Configure WBS structures, networks, milestones, and cost planning to support client-specific project models
- Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and project settlement processes integrated with FI/CO
- Support project-related procurement flows (MM) and revenue processes (SD/CPM)
- Prepare and validate functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and enhancements
- Contribute to data migration activities, including open WBS balances, commitments, and project budgets
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), prepare test scripts, and ensure exit criteria for project accounting are met
- Document system design, configuration, and user procedures; support knowledge transfer and hypercare
