Requirements
Must:
- Excellent knowledge in SAP configuration and understanding of business processes in MM / SD SAP related experience
- Strong numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office
- Strong personal and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage ones workload to meet challenging deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to change focus quickly based on shifting priorities
- SAP Certified, or a willingness to commit to a learning journey (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers as SAP SME for MM / SD, providing 3rd line support to resolve incidents and problems
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and internal & external customers
- Gather and analyze requirements, define, validate, and design solutions
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, detailing SAP configuration, ABAP changes, and security requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Establish implementation/cutover plans and educate for ongoing support
- Identify innovation initiatives for customer and internal process improvements
