Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering SAP integration solutions across S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, API, IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST).
- Hands-on configuration experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), PI/PO, and BTP Integration Suite.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, webhooks, and API Management (SAP API Hub or APIM).
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, MES, or PLM.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments (GDPR, ITAR, ISO27001).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) preferred.
- Experience with SAP Certified Technology Associate – Process Integration (PI/PO) desirable.
- Agile, ITIL, or TOGAF certification advantageous.
- Strong communicator with ability to engage architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a focus on performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Collaborative leader with mentoring experience and delivery focus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP integration architecture, ensuring consistency across S/4HANA, BTP, CPI, and PI/PO platforms.
- Lead interface design workshops with functional and technical teams to capture end-to-end integration requirements.
- Define and enforce integration design standards, API policies, and message orchestration rules.
- Oversee design and development of integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, BTP extensions).
- Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Network teams to ensure compliance with data flow, firewall, and identity standards.
- Support data migration and cutover activities, validating integration dependencies and sequence readiness.
- Lead defect triage and performance testing for interfaces; manage incident resolution during hypercare.
- Govern interface catalogue, data mapping documentation, and monitoring framework (CPI/PI dashboards, alerting).
