Requirements
Must:
- Thorough knowledge and experience of SAP user administration and associated transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve access issues
- Good understanding of user access principles and IT systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and business users
- A professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing work priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Consistency in completing tasks accurately to detailed instructions
- A team-first mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform SAP user administration, including creating, modifying, and maintaining accounts and access permissions
- Work closely with colleagues and client support teams to resolve user access and login issues quickly and efficiently
- Manage the provision of SAP Firefighter and remote access in line with security policies and stringent compliance standards
- Maintain accurate records and generate audit logs for enhanced access provision
- Support audit and compliance processes by preparing access data and evidence for reviews
- Collaborate on SAP-related projects, providing input on access control design, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline user administration and strengthen access governance
