Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Professional-level certification(s) in work field
- Strong understanding of Windows Server (2003 to 2022)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Windows PKI, and DFS
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere and ESXi
- Experience with Veritas and Microsoft Clustering
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of networks and domain structure
- Interest in innovation and automation
Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of projects
- Understand a broad spectrum of companys technology including Windows OS, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V servers
- Design and install new system applications, update applications, firmware, and drivers
- Create boundaries and perform configuration and testing activities as part of obsolescence projects
- Work independently and with customer representatives to accomplish tasks
- Contribute to design for specific deliverables and assist in technical solutions development
- Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members and customers
- Utilize knowledge tools and resources for the benefit of projects and professional development
