Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in an agile fashion
- Hands-on production experience with Linux, OpenShift
- Good knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Understanding of role-based access control related to OpenShift roles and SCCs
- Strong troubleshooting skills in OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Proficient in troubleshooting Docker and Podman
- Confidence using GIT/Source Control
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Ansible automation
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Experience with ArgoCD, Istio/Service Mesh, Tekton, and Helm Charts is an advantage
- Knowledge of OpenShift monitoring and writing custom alerting using Prometheus Alertmanager
- Familiarity with CheckMK for monitoring physical infrastructure
- Experience with Red Hat Quay Container Registry
- Experience with Red Hat CEPH Storage
- Experience with Red Hat OpenStack
- Experience with maintaining Dell PowerEdge Servers
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
- Create, maintain, and utilize documentation
- Assist in building compliance with our processes and policies
- Work autonomously or within a high-functioning team environment
