Desktop Support Engineer - Bristol

- Microsoft Windows 10, and 11 Operating Systems Deployment, configuration, and support - Support Microsoft Office 2016 onwards - Proven and demonstrable software and hardware troubleshooting skills, experience in a Deskside Support role - Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and OS / Application deployment - Good verbal communication with an ability to communicate to all levels - Good written communication: concise and accurate call logging, documentation, and email correspondence - Good time management / organisational skills - Work well as part of a team or independently - Desirable skills / qualifications include Microsoft Windows 10 and / or 11 training, certification, and experience - Experience with Legacy Operating Systems and Active Directory management - Understanding of Microsoft SCCM - Experience of Microsoft Entra - Experience of Trellix EPO and client side agents - Experience of client side Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting - Experience of Windows Security configuration - Experience of client encryption and VPN - Trellix, Bitlocker, Cisco, F5 and Zscaler - Previous experience in a similar role - Willing to learn new skills and technologies - Clean full driving license
