Requirements
Must:
- Able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week)
- British citizenship is required due to UK Security Vetting; we cannot consider applicants who require visa sponsorship or hold dual nationality
- Must be 18 years old or over
- 2 GCSEs at grades A-C (9-4) in Maths & English is recommended but not essential
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in technology and enthusiasm for the IT industry
- Commitment to personal development and embracing new challenges
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training and working toward industry-recognised qualifications
- Support IT systems and technology as part of the Technical Apprenticeship
- Assist in driving operations and projects as part of the Business Apprenticeship
- Plan and coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver outcomes as part of the Project Management Apprenticeship
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and enhance learning
- Engage in a mix of structured learning and real-world experience
