Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Transformer models and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)/n- Strong background in fine-tuning and prompt engineering/n- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines/n- Familiarity with Agent Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)/n- Solid understanding of reinforcement learning concepts and tools (Q-learning, policy gradients, RLlib)/n- Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (or willingness to obtain)/n- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience/n- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role/n- Proficiencies in data cleansing, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization/n- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Transformer-based architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)/n- Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications/n- Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies/n- Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhanced contextual performance/n- Build intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen/n- Apply reinforcement learning techniques including Q-learning, policy gradients, and RLlib/n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products/n- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior team members/n- Support senior team members in identifying and addressing data science opportunities
