Requirements
Must:
- Candidates must be UK nationals/British citizens
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 10 years
- Eligible for high-level UK Security clearance (SC then DV)
- Strong skills and experience with Elastic SIEM and Tanium
- Experience with ArcSight SIEM
- Competent in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Good networking troubleshooting skills
- Mentoring experience for training junior team members
Responsibilities
- Drive technical and architectural improvement of the SIEM managed service and tools
- Manage operational support, incidents, and change control
- Ensure appropriate version management for SIEM to maintain vendor support
- Onboard new technologies, manage certificate renewals, and monitor license usage
- Troubleshoot and tune managed infrastructure
- Maintain documentation of the managed infrastructure
- Engage with other DXC technical teams for technical assistance
- Act as a technical escalation point for SIEM incidents
- Architectural design, review, and implementation of Elastic SIEM, Tanium, and ArcSight SIEM
