Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience within a Third Line Support role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models
- Operations knowledge of VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti
- Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including Windows 10 & Win11
- Desirable Qualifications: Citrix Certified Expert Virtualisation (CCE-V) or equivalent, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a third line support environment
Responsibilities
- Provide Third-Line Technical Support for incident escalations & problem record progression
- Act as the point of contact for Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across Citrix platforms
- Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles, and user experience
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design and implement Citrix solutions
- Support patching, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix components
- Engage in both proactive and reactive problem record progression and root cause analysis
- Take a proactive approach towards defect management resolutions as part of technical assurance activities
- Work confidently with internal and cross capability teams, alongside account and customer engagement
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
