Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead with a strong working knowledge and deep understanding of each layer of an organization's cyber security controls. You should have experience in designing solutions that enable defense in depth, with security controls embedded. Additionally, we require significant experience in implementing enterprise security tooling and platforms in line with the NIST cyber security framework or equivalent, as well as CIS security controls. You should be influential and capable of leading investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes, with a proven ability to drive the collection of information and create recommendations for improvements. We need someone who can absorb large amounts of conflicting information to determine solutions, with extensive experience and a proven track record in designing, implementing, administering, and supporting security products and services, ensuring adherence to Digital Security Standards and Architectural Principles both on-premise and in the Cloud. You'll also need significant hands-on experience working with the business and SMEs to define use cases and develop searches in Splunk Enterprise Security to ensure the required security alerting across multiple tools.
