Requirements
Must:
- Substantial experience with any module within ServiceNow.
- Track record of delivering value through implementation of new or enhanced functionality in a large organization within a ServiceNow context.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently.
- Leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for areas of the platform.
- Initiative in tackling issues and providing potential solutions.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of IT methodologies such as Agile.
- Qualified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in expanding one of the largest ServiceNow installations in Europe.
- Work within a collaborative delivery team to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements across various ServiceNow modules.
- Deliver high-quality configuration and functionality, knowing when to escalate issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and carry out peer reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert within specialist areas.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to an Agile, fast-paced environment and find solutions to problems.
