Requirements

Must:
- I must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and hold the Certified System Administrator Certification. - I should have substantial experience of various modules and applications within ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, NLU, Security, HRSD, Service Portals, Workspaces, CMDB, Integrations). - I need significant demonstrable experience of delivering value through the implementation of new or enhanced functionality within a large organization in a ServiceNow context. - I must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, either as part of a team or under my own initiative. - I should have demonstrable experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, showing initiative when tackling issues and providing potential solutions where applicable. - I need strong working knowledge and practical experience of IT methodologies such as Agile. - I should be influential and able to demonstrate experience of effectively communicating at different levels to various technical and non-technical audiences.

- I will help shape and support one of the largest ServiceNow installations in Europe. - I will be the go-to technical expert, guiding development across multiple teams and ensuring that everything we build is secure, high-performing, and aligned with our mission. - I will be part of a passionate group focused on making digital experiences smoother for over 120,000 colleagues, ultimately helping DWP support 20 million people every day. - I will mentor junior developers, deliver new features, and solve complex challenges, making a real impact across the department.
