Requirements

Must:
I am looking for candidates with significant experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple data centres and public cloud platforms. You should be a subject matter expert in multiple areas of the ServiceNow core platform modules or the IT Service Management modules. Additionally, I require substantial demonstrable experience in ServiceNow platform security, as well as experience in enterprise-wide SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS application deployment. Proficiency with integration frameworks, technologies, and best practices is essential. You should also possess strong influencing and communication skills when presenting to technical governance forums.

Responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will support our platform engineering and live operations team. You will work closely with Product Managers to explore technical ideas and determine how best to utilize ServiceNow's built-in features to meet our current and future needs. Your role will involve shaping technical solutions, designing integrations, and ensuring that everything aligns with our strategy and standards. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and vendors to bring ideas to life while ensuring they are secure and scalable. Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITIL, integrations, and cloud telephony like Amazon Connect is a bonus but not essential.

In this position, you will benefit from competitive pay of up to £68,517 and a generous pension scheme with employer contributions worth 28.97%.
