Must:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to determine what needs to be done, plan accordingly, and complete tasks with minimal direction. You should have experience in creating test plans and strategies based on various requirements, whether they pertain to functionality or performance. It’s important to have the ability to manage the delivery of system and acceptance testing, ensuring that both functional and non-functional aspects are thoroughly covered. You should be confident in using performance testing tools to execute different types of tests, such as load, stress, or endurance tests, to assess system robustness under pressure.
Responsibilities
As a Senior QA Tester, you will ensure that our products are reliable, stable, and built to last. You will adopt a thoughtful, risk-based approach to testing, determining what needs to be tested, the depth of testing required, and where to focus for the best outcomes. This role involves hands-on manual and automated testing, utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques to develop intelligent and effective test solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our testing processes, sharing best practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and advocating for consistency across teams. Collaboration with other testers, software engineers, and DevOps specialists will be essential as you plan and execute both functional and non-functional tests. We also welcome innovation; you should feel comfortable challenging existing practices, suggesting new tools, refining processes, and promoting smarter work methods. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior team members, enhancing their skills and confidence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
