Responsibilities
In this role, you will use data analytics to provide in-depth insights into user interactions with our services, ensuring we meet their needs and expectations. You will identify, analyze, and develop innovative solutions to enhance collaboration and communication among our colleagues, ultimately improving their experience with our digital services. This involves utilizing analytical tools such as Azure and Power BI to delve into data, refine it, and support your team in identifying problems and designing robust solutions.
