Must:
We seek a Senior Data Test Engineer with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should have extensive hands-on experience in non-functional testing, capable of designing and executing a variety of tests while effectively communicating results to all stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Lean principles is essential, as you will be optimizing delivery and testing processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to define our testing strategy and lead test engineering teams, overseeing all testing activities to ensure best practices are followed. You will collaborate closely with various teams throughout the software development lifecycle, integrating testing into agile delivery while championing continuous improvement. You’ll also set up test infrastructure, select appropriate tools, and monitor performance to minimize technical debt.
