We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with significant experience at a Senior BA level. You should have a proven track record of leading business analysis activities within complex projects and environments. Additionally, it's essential that you have experience supporting more junior BAs, encouraging their professional development, and enhancing their BA toolkit.

In your day-to-day role, you will lead the Senior BA work, overseeing business analysis activities within your project areas. You'll utilize various tools and techniques to identify improvements and make informed recommendations. Your communication skills will be vital as you liaise with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria. You will manage our junior BAs, contributing to their growth while also leading workshops, interviews, and focus groups to translate business and user needs into effective products and services. Furthermore, you'll play a crucial role in the recruitment process as we expand our BA community.

Description
