Senior Backup and Recovery Engineer

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in the implementation, migration, operations, and support of backup applications. You should have experience using Rubrik backup solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) as well as on-premises infrastructure. Familiarity with integrating Rubrik with external platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, vSphere, and Azure AD using REST APIs and automation tools like Ansible is essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in managing cloud compute, storage, and configurations to ensure solutions are repeatable, scalable, resilient, and highly available. A solid understanding of service management frameworks, including Risk and ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, and SLAs), is required. Experience with producing and rapidly delivering minimum viable solutions while being results-focused and able to prioritize impactful work is important. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and DORA, along with their organizational impact, is also necessary. You will support audit and regulatory compliance efforts related to data protection.
