We are looking for passionate and innovative individuals to join our team as a QA Tester in our Digital Workspaces Test team. You will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in establishing professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience in reviewing requirements, specifications, and defining test conditions.
- Experience in executing test scripts and developing reusable test collateral.
- Knowledge of test planning and estimation.
- Familiarity with the defect management process and the ability to act as a conduit between different roles to drive the resolution of issues preventing the delivery of testing activities.
Your application will include both a technical statement and a personal statement, allowing you to showcase clear examples of how you meet these requirements.
Responsibilities
As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in enabling our colleagues to deliver for our customers by ensuring that any changes to desktop software/services are thoroughly tested. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our Release, Product, and Project teams to ensure effective testing and efficient User Acceptance Testing.
- Communicating updates to relevant business users, both technical and non-technical.
- Triaging and escalating defects to colleagues while maintaining full traceability of defects, tests, and requirements.
- Sharing knowledge and lessons learned with our QA Testing community, contributing to our learning organization.
