Requirements

Must:
- Experience of influencing stakeholders in difficult circumstances and diffusing challenging situations. - Commitment to user-centered design with the ability to prioritize user needs alongside business value. - Ability to identify the complexity and risk of work assignments. - Experience in making decisions under pressure or with limited information. - Proven experience in mentoring and coaching product teams to deliver high-quality products and services. - Experience in leading data and/or technical products, setting the direction for the team, and championing product successes.

Responsibilities

- You will primarily work in our Data and Analytics area of DWP Digital, focusing on data platforms and products that enable our data scientists to detect fraud and error at the earliest stages. - You will collaborate with key stakeholders while being accountable for all product decisions in your portfolio and actively manage related roadmaps.
