Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems (Apple iOS and Android).
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues regarding configuration and policies on mobile devices.
- Experience in mobile device management principles using Workspace One or Airwatch.
- Working experience of Samsung Knox services, including Knox Mobile Enrollment, E-Fota, and Knox Service Plugin.
- An understanding of Microsoft 365 device configuration and Intune device management principles and services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis, demonstrating working knowledge of change, incident, and problem management principles within the ITIL framework.
- The ability to clearly communicate technical details to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
In my organization, you'll be working on the tools and platforms that keep our colleagues connected and secure, whether they're in the office, at home, or on the move. Your role will involve managing devices and deploying apps while supporting cloud hosting and BYOD initiatives. You'll play a central part in our mobile transformation by participating in exciting projects such as migrating to Workspace ONE SaaS, rolling out Office 365 on mobile devices, and building on-demand VPN solutions. I encourage collaboration with engineers, architects, and product teams to continuously improve our services, always keeping the user in mind. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-moving, agile environment while helping the UK's largest government department remain productive and resilient.
