Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT service management, ideally using ITIL-based methodologies.
- Ability to manage live service issues and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience collaborating with external suppliers and operational teams.
- Experience in incident and problem management, service reporting, and SLA/OLA management.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and translate them into business-focused language.
Responsibilities
As an IT Service Manager, you will join our Health Product Support team. You will play a crucial role in managing live services across various technologies, ensuring performance targets are met while continuously improving our services. Your work will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers, including health assessment providers, to resolve incidents, mitigate problems, and deliver an excellent user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to major incident resolution, translating technical issues into their business impact, and provide support for on-call duties on a rota basis.
