Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience working as a Business Analyst
- Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems
- Ability to contribute to a data analytics environment, particularly in tackling fraud and error
- Clear examples and evidence of carrying out a diverse range of analysis activities
Responsibilities
- Support our Data & Analytics team in meeting DWP's operational, analytical, and reporting needs
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners to agree on roadmap priorities and contribute to delivery plans and new features
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to translate research data into detailed requirements
- Ensure that good Business Analysis and insight are central to our work
- Mentor and coach other team members, enhancing your own knowledge of Business Analysis and Agile principles
