Must:
We are looking for an experienced infrastructure professional who has hands-on expertise in managing modern IT environments. You should be proficient in administering and monitoring infrastructure, particularly with technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, as well as tools like SolarWinds and Rapid7. A comprehensive understanding of vulnerabilities, patch management, and firmware updates is essential, along with experience in coordinating with Managed Service Providers. Effective communication and the ability to keep infrastructure documentation accurate and up to date are crucial.
Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Services Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving incidents via ServiceNow. You will administer and monitor our infrastructure, perform daily health checks, manage vulnerabilities and patches, coordinate with service providers for any disruptions, and execute firmware updates on various systems. Additionally, you will be involved in decommissioning legacy servers to streamline our IT estate.
