Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally in compliance, legal, or risk environments. You should be familiar with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool for incident and request management, as well as understand SaaS and on-premise system support models. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented mindset and strong documentation practices. Experience managing vendor relationships and external support escalations is also important. Additionally, familiarity with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (or similar workflow systems, such as Power Automate) and a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and/or Power BI will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, I will require you to provide second-line support for compliance team applications, including Intapp Intake and Conflicts and other SaaS solutions. You will manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues across all compliance systems. Maintaining system configurations, including user access, permissions, and reference data tables, will be part of your duties. You'll also need to raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, tracking their resolution and follow-up. Collaboration with internal IT, Compliance, and business teams for upgrades, testing, and deployments is essential. Additionally, you will document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes, and assist the Compliance team in compiling reports and statistics to support business operations.
