- A strong background in AIML, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Proficiency in AIML and Python is essential.
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as NLTK, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Knowledge of AIML algorithms including Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, KNN, and K-Means is preferred.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude) and Generative AI, as well as Agentic AI and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with deployment using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Front-end experience with React is advantageous.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in data science and AIML focused on quality assurance solutions.
- Proficient grasp of SQL.
- Experience in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction on both technical and business levels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AIML solutions for Test Automation in the Securities Processing space.
- Build AIML solutions focused on Test Generation, Test Prioritization, Defect Triage/Reporting, Code Coverage, and Framework Migration/Setup.
- Create and deploy Generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions specifically for software testing.
- Build, train, and fine-tune AIML models as necessary.
- Engage in automated testing and have a solid understanding of test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of solutions in an Agile environment.
