- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Full UK driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategy to support business growth and operations
- Advise the leadership team on practical, commercially-minded IT solutions
- Manage and develop a small IT team
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, websites, apps, integrations, and migrations
- Plan and deliver IT projects and system upgrades
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Maintain IT security, data protection, and compliance
- Manage IT budgets and related financial planning
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders

We are seeking a Head of IT to join our team early next year in Portsmouth, offering a salary between £80,000 and £100,000 DOE, along with a car allowance and benefits.
