- Corporate deskside support experience
- Experience in software and hardware-focused technician roles
- Extensive experience in supporting C-Suite and senior executives
- Knowledge of cloud services, device management, and authentication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and Active Directory
- Experience managing and monitoring Intune for device and application management
- Knowledge of Jamf Pro for macOS device management
- Experience with Okta for identity and access management
- Understanding of Microsoft Office productivity suite administration
- Experience configuring and administering remote access and VPN
- Enterprise experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
- Excellent strategic thinking and technical knowledge skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and communication
- Commitment to continuous improvement and understanding of business needs
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for issues related to cloud services, device management, and authentication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in computing, device management, and security
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions
- Document procedures, policies, and troubleshooting steps for common issues
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, including users and Active Directory services
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Azure resources and services
- Gather information and troubleshoot security-based protocols for Azure user logins
- Configure, manage, and monitor Intune for device and application management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment and compliance in Intune
- Manage software distribution and application configurations using Intune
- Administer and support Jamf Pro for macOS device management
- Support and manage Okta for identity and access management
- Monitor and troubleshoot user authentication issues in Okta
- Set up and support mobile devices and desktop telecommunications
