Requirements
Must:
- Experience with ServiceNow products and scoped applications, including a solid understanding of service catalogues, workflow automation, and cross-functional service delivery.
- Proven experience in managing relationships across global teams and diverse business functions, with an awareness of cultural and time-zone considerations in service delivery.
- A demonstrated ability to assist teams in transitioning from manual processes to digital service platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service, systems, and process owners throughout the firm to understand their needs and requirements.
- Drive the strategic initiative to enhance efficiency and automate processes wherever possible by incorporating more process and workflow optimizations through the ServiceNow product.
- Work closely with ServiceNow and the internal ServiceNow development team to ensure the product is customized to meet the specific needs of the business.
Description
We are offering a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum. Our hybrid working policy allows for at least three days per week in the London office, with the remainder of the time worked remotely. We look forward to receiving your application.
