Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
- Commercial experience in ServiceNow usage, configuration, and administration
- Good understanding of ITIL principles
- Commercial experience within the legal sector is extremely beneficial
- ServiceNow Certification, such as System Administrator
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
As our ServiceNow Administrator, you will work on our ServiceNow instance and manage both business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and projects. You will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our ServiceNow instance and overseeing the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform.

This position is based in a hybrid working environment with locations in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and Cardiff. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our prestigious legal client and contribute significantly to their ServiceNow operations.
