Requirements
Must:
- I expect you to have experience working on a busy and demanding legal Service Desk, supporting a large customer base.
- You should have experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Proficiency in logging tickets using ITSM call logging software is essential.
Responsibilities
- I need you to provide advanced technical knowledge and support for the most complex and challenging customer queries and requests.
- It is important that you ensure users are kept sufficiently informed of progress throughout the lifetime of their calls through regular calls and emails.
- I want you to mentor and train Service Desk staff.
- Collaborating with co-workers to increase knowledge across the Global Service Desk team will be part of your role.
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our London-based law firm on a permanent basis. In this role, you will monitor the Service Desk Team to ensure that a consistent and professional level of support is provided, including overseeing the unassigned and individual team member queues.
