Requirements
Must:
- Experience with the following technologies: Crowdstrike EDR, Mimecast, Tessian or similar email DLP, Intune, Entra ID, and Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred).
- Previous ownership experience in driving a SecOps function (desirable).
- CISSP certification (highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical individuals.
- Background in network engineering or infrastructure engineering (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Overall management and maintenance of the CrowdStrike platform, including configuring EDR policies, tuning SIEM rules, and optimizing the system for performance.
- Leading or participating in incident response efforts, conducting root cause analysis, and developing runbooks for incident handling.
- Monitoring for security threats, analyzing alerts, and responding to incidents using CrowdStrike and other security tools.
- Conducting vulnerability scans and supporting remediation and risk mitigation efforts.
- Overseeing WAF, DDoS, VPN, and perimeter firewalls.
- Managing email and web security gateways.
- Collaborating with the Endpoint team to administer MFA, SSO, PAM, MDM/MAM, and Conditional Access.
- Maintaining security certificates, encryption keys, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Leading ad-hoc security projects.
Description
We offer a hybrid working policy, requiring you to be in the office in London three days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions that protect our systems from ever-evolving cyber threats while moving towards a zero-trust operating model. You will serve as the technical lead, drive key security initiatives, mentor junior team members, and enhance our overall security posture.
